How much does it cost to join AirMilesMart?
AirMilesMart is free, just fill out the application and your account will be approved instantly.

Why should I join AirMilesMart?
You will earn AirMilesMart points for every purchase at your favorite stores.  These points can then be exchanged 1:1 for real miles in your American Airlines and Delta frequent flier accounts, Starpoints in your Starwood Preferred Guest account, or redeemed for a GiftCertificates.com SuperCertificate® that you can then redeem for a gift certificate at one of hundreds of stores. 

Why do I need to have cookies enabled?
Cookies are needed to track your purchases so that your account can be properly credited for your purchases.  If you do not have cookies enabled you will not receive credit for your purchases.

EARNING POINTS

Why don't you have my favorite online store?
We are always looking for suggestions for new stores.  If there is a store you frequent online and would like to earn miles for shopping there, please contact us with the name of the store and your estimated yearly purchases there, and we will investigate adding it to our site. 

Why hasn't my purchase posted to my account yet?
It can take several days for your purchase to post.  If your points have not posted within 10 days of your purchase, please fill out the missing points form and we will investigate the discrepancy.  Please do not send emails requesting points until at least 10 days have passed since your purchase. 

Can I bookmark a store for easy reference and still earn points?
You must log into AirMilesMart and click the AirMilesMart link every time you shop in order to earn points.  If you do not click through the AirMilesMart link your account will not be credited for any purchases you make.

Why haven't my frequent flier miles posted to my frequent flier account yet?
Most frequent flier miles redemptions will post within a few days.  Occasionally it may take up to 10 days.  If more then 10 days have passed since your redemption request, please contact us.

 REDEEMING POINTS

What are the minimum number of points I can redeem?
Points can be redeemed in 500 point increments. 

Can I redeem frequent flier miles into another person's account?
Yes, you can redeem points for frequent flier miles in any valid account.  You will be prompted for the account number and name when checking out during the redemption process.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn and redeem for miles?
There is no limit on the number of points you can earn each year.  Each airline has a limit on the number of miles you can transfer into a given account per year.  These limits are posted on the redemption page for each airline.

AIRMILESMART HELPER

What is the AirMilesMart Helper?
The AirMilesMart Helper is a browser plug-in which alerts you any time you navigate to an AirMilesMart merchant partner.  Your browser will give you the option to earn AirMilesMart points, and by clicking YES, you will automatically earn AirMilesMart points on any purchases you make.

How do I get the AirMilesMart Helper?
The AirMilesMart Helper is free and can be downloaded by following the instructions on the AirMilesMart Helper download page.

Do I still need to shop through the AirMilesMart site if I am using the AirMilesMart helper?
If the AirMilesMart Helper alerts you to an online partner and you select YES when prompted, your points will be automatically credited.  You must remain on the partner site after clicking YES without clicking on any other sites or opening up any other windows until completing your purchase in order to earn AirMilesMart points.  Not all AirMilesMart merchants are tracked by the AirMilesMart Helper.  To receive credit for these merchants you must still click through the appropriate link at AirMilesMart.com   You are welcome to still visit AirMilesMart.com to see our new merchants and any promotions we may be sponsoring.

What if I don't want to earn AirMilesMart points on a purchase so that I can credit the purchase to another web site?
We hope that AirMilesMart always provides you with the best value when shopping online, but you  have the option to click NO and your purchase will be credited to whichever web portal you used to navigate to the site.  You can also just ignore the banner and click any link on the page and you will not be credited with AirMilesMart points for that purchase.

Is the AirMilesMart Helper spyware?
No.  The AirMilesMart Helper is only used to ensure you receive AirMilesMart points for your online purchases.  No other information about your computer or your browsing activities are ever passed to AirMilesMart.  The Helper will occasionally check the AirMilesMart server to ensure it has the latest list of merchant partners, however this is done without sending any information to AirMilesMart and is only used to ensure that the AirMilesMart Helper can reliably alert you to our merchant partners.

Can I remove the AirMilesMart Helper?
Yes, you can remove and reinstall the AirMilesMart Helper as many times as you like.  To remove the plug-in just follow the directions on the AirMilesMart Helper remove page.
